We are lucky enough to be hosted by the excellent Bristol & Gloucestershire Gliding Club, based at Nympsfield (near Stroud). This is in a great hilltop location, providing good ridge lift, allowing for longer flights (which means better value for money!).
Our club will endeavour to organise transport from Bristol to the airfield on Wednesday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays.
(DRIVERS are always appreciated!)
However, if you want to make your own way to the airfield at some point, then that's fine too. Have a look at the BGGC page.
There are nearly 100 gliding clubs in the UK, to find your home club, click here.
